Advantages:

Квартира в удобном месте расположения, в хорошем доме.

Disadvantages:

НО состояние квартиры оставляет желать лучшего. В квартире было грязно и неприятно находиться. Везде были волосы и по матрасом использованные контрацептивы. Всё приборы подключаются спомощью раскиданных удлинителей. Кондиционер в спальне подключён в розетку с помощью оголённых проводов. Жидкое мыло просто перелить в ёмкость с шампунем. Квартира сдаётся на 4 и более человек, но отсутствует какая-либо посуда для приготовления еды. Хорошо что проживали в ней всего одну ночь.
