Advantages:

Действительно большая квартира. Можно проживать 3 взрослых и 2 детей. Достаточно свежий ремонт. ( был)

Disadvantages:

Заехали, решил вкл кондиц. -Пульта нет, телевиз не работает, интернета нет (не оплачен) звоним хозяйке, говорит- все решим. В итоге первый день без кондиц. Телевизор и вайфай не работал весь срок прожив.

Advantages:

Разрешили выехать на 2 часа позже, расположение отличное

Белые носки стали черными, душевую кабину не мыли ни разу
