Advantages:

Нормальное расположение.

Disadvantages:

Ну начнем с того что хозяйка селит не в ту квартиру что на фото. Совсем другая квартира примерно в той же локации. Придумает 10 отговорок почему в ту не засилится. Не знаю существует та квартира или нет. Квартира в которую засилили в очень плохом состоянии. Вся разбита и побита. Вокруг и за окном Стройка по всюду. Потолки порваны микроволновка такая что я побоялся туда еду ставить, кастрюли и сковородки расчитаны на приготовление плова а не омлета. Огромные железные казаны. Если бы я не был супер загружен работой и делами по которым приехал в Бишкек в жизни бы не остался в этой квартире. Никому не советую связывается.
